This Kralic ruby iridecent vase with loop design is 12” tall. It was purchased from a well known Antique Road Show appraiser who described it as a 20th century Loetz phanomen 166 variant on ruby ground. We found this vase shown and identified as Kralic on Alfredo Villanueva-Collado's "Loetz and Glass" site listed on our links page. It is there where this vase vase can be found as being made by Kralic. The vase is in mint condition. We have taken a number of photos to show vase under different lighting conditions and to show the ruby glass interior.

G4217 : Art Glass, Loetz irridescent, marigold, mushroom vase Loetz $1,100.00
Category : Glass
Sub Categories : Art Glass, Bohemian, Loetz
This 8 ¼” vase is marked on the bottom in an oval “CZECHO- “ over “SLOVAKIA”. This mark has only been found on Loetz items. It also has a paper Loetz label which was from their glassworks in Klostermuhle. This was one of the top glass works in southern Bohemia and made glass for other companies as well including Moser. The vase is particularly difficult to capture its coloring. Depending on lighting conditions the color ranges from a marigold to a silvery iridescent blue green. The photos show examples of this. I believe it to have been made in early 20th century. The vase is in mint condition.
